How do girls earn points?

I hope to share with you much of the information that Ashley Williams brought back from her recent visit to Casa MAMi. This is the points system: It tells how many points a girl must earn in order to earn a privilege; and what she can do to earn points.
NATACION: 45 PUNTOS POR CLASE -swim class

BLUSAS :60 PUNTOS.- a new blouse

SHORT: 55 PUNTOS - a new pair of shorts

PANTALON: 70 PUNTOS. - a new pair of pants

ZAPATOS: 200 PUNTOS- a new pair of shoes

VER TV.: 35 PUNTOS POR HORA. - to watch TV for one hour

SALIR AL DEPORTIVO CJ. : 1080 PUNTOS ENTRE TODAS. - for a group of girls to go out for a sporting event

ACTIVIDADES


ENCARGADAS DE LAVANDERIA:70 PUNTOS POR DIA, CUIDANDO JABON. - be in charge of the laundry for one day (don't waste soap)

ENCARGADAS DE COMEDOR: 40 PUNTOS POR DIA. be in charge of the dining room for one day

LIMPIEZA DE BAÑOS: 50 PUNTOS TODOS LOS BAÑOS. clean all bathrooms (there are two large (3 showers 3 toilets upstairs; and two smaller ones downstairs)

LIMPIEZA DE CUARTOS: 30 PUNTOS, POR PERSONA. clean bedrooms; per person

LIMPIEZA DE PÀTIOS: 25 PUNTOS. clean the patio

RECOGER LIGAS Y ENTREGAR A NIÑERA: 5 PUNTOS POR LIGA. collect 'leagues ' and turn them in to the nannie (staff person)

AVISAR DE UNA PELEA:15 PUNTOS. tell about an argument / fight


LA NIÑA QUE NO LOGRE ACUMULAR LOS PUNTOS PARA EL DIA DE LA CLASE DE NATACION NO IRA -
Girls who do not earn enough points to attend swim class will not be able to go.

This is just a small example of the structure that Sister Elma and her staff have established at the home. This is one reason that the girls are developing under God's grace and favor; and able to get along well with each other.

Attached are some of the pictures that the girls drew for the art contest this year. Verinece went to Mexico City (her prize) this week. They had a big prayer meeting send off.
